summer mowing has begun
Our regular schedule of mowing the grass every Friday morning has begun.
- Please make sure no items are left on the lawn, including pet leashes, and that downspout extensions are raised (if necessary).
- Homeowners will be notified by email of any departures from this schedule.
- If you have questions please contact Paul Davidson, lawn service liaison.
proactive landscaping plan
As part of our proactive landscaping plan, the ACC is conducting seasonal reviews to support community-wide curb appeal. We encourage all homeowners to refresh mulch, trim overgrown bushes, edge lawns, and remove any dead vegetation. A well-kept property helps protect everyone’s home value. Let’s make our neighborhood shine!

- Next Board of Directors Meeting will be on July 10, 2025 at 10:00AM at the home of Paul Davidson (6701 Dunsmore Road). All homeowners in good standing of the HOA are welcome to attend Board meetings. If you wish to attend please contact President Michael Prunty as a courtesy to inform him you plan to attend. a friendly reminder
Trash receptacles that are left visible from the street. "All garbage containers shall be stored in the garage or behind a fence (if allowed per Section 13 of Covenants). While being stored, no garbage cans should be visible from any public street." Please put your garbage cans away by the end of the garbage pick up days and for those Townhome Owners that are renting your home, please have your renters put the garbage cans away per the Covenants.
making changes to your house?
If you plan to make any changes to the exterior of your home please fill out the ACC Approval Form (found above on our website) and send it to the Board for approval.
