- Next Board of Directors Meeting will take place on May 10th at 10:00 AM at the home of Michael and Adrianne Prunty. All homeowners in good standing of the HOA are welcome to attend Board meetings. If you wish to attend please contact President Michael Prunty as a courtesy to inform him you plan to attend. Email: maprunty@icloud.com

a friendly reminder
Trash receptacles that are left visible from the street. "All garbage containers shall be stored in the garage or behind a fence (if allowed per Section 13 of Covenants). While being stored, no garbage cans should be visible from any public street." Please put your garbage cans away by the end of the garbage pick up days and for those Townhome Owners that are renting your home, please have your renters put the garbage cans away per the Covenants.
making changes to your house?
If you plan to make any changes to the exterior of your home please fill out the ACC Approval Form (found above on our website) and send it to the Board for approval.
