summer mowing
Our regular schedule of mowing the grass every Friday morning has begun.
- Please make sure no items are left on the lawn, including pet leashes, and that downspout extensions are raised (if necessary).
- Homeowners will be notified by email of any departures from this schedule.
- If you have questions please contact Paul Davidson, lawn service liaison.
proactive landscaping plan
As part of our proactive landscaping plan, the ACC is conducting seasonal reviews to support community-wide curb appeal. We encourage all homeowners to refresh mulch, trim overgrown bushes, edge lawns, and remove any dead vegetation. A well-kept property helps protect everyone’s home value. Let’s make our neighborhood shine!

- The Annual Meeting of the HOA took place on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.

- Next Board of Directors Meeting will be on September 13, 2025 at 10:00AM at the home of Paul Davidson (6701 Dunsmore Road). All homeowners in good standing of the HOA are welcome to attend Board meetings. If you wish to attend please contact President Michael Prunty as a courtesy to inform him you plan to attend. If you plan to make any changes to the exterior of your home please fill out the ACC Approval Form (found above on our website) and send it to the Board for approval.
