fall sprinkler blowout
CREWS WILL COME ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 13
- Workers will begin around 8 AM at the southwest corner of Dunsmore and work their way North. Then cross over to the east side of Dunsmore and work their way south. Then mover over to Cog Hill moving south to north.
- It would be helpful if all homeowners shut off their inside water and drain the inside line. This eliminates the need to be home and for the workers to enter the house. This task is very simple to do and should be known by most homeowners for safety concerns. If you are unable to perform this task you may contact Paul Davidson (952-250-0322) and he will be happy to assist and train you on the task, but please do not wait until late Sunday or Monday morning to request assistance.
- Please inform Paul when you have completed the inside water shutoff, including your address so this information can be passed on to the workers.
- If the water is not shut off or if no one is home the sprinklers can't be blown out.

- Next Board of Directors Meeting will be on November 8, 2025 at 10:00AM at the home of Michael & Adrianne Prunty, 6919 Dunsmore Road. All homeowners in good standing of the HOA are welcome to attend Board meetings. If you wish to attend please contact President Michael Prunty as a courtesy to inform him you plan to attend.
